Let Us Know First
If you have a problem with your order we would urge you to contact us before sending the product back. Some issues can be resolved without you having to send the item back to us. 

If You’ve Made a Mistake
In all cases where the reason for return is not down to a problem with the product or your order, e.g. you’ve changed your mind etc, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in unopened and unused condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. 

If We’ve Made a Mistake
In cases where the problem is down to the product, your order or otherwise our fault we will take all steps necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Please contact us before sending items back to us so that we are aware of your problem. Once we have confirmed the items can be sent back we can send you a link for a free return label.

Will You Charge Me?
We do not charge a fee for handling returned items for whatever reason. In cases where a refund is requested, we will refund your payment via the method which you used to make the original payment. If your return is for any reason other than a faulty product or otherwise our mistake return postage costs must be at the buyers' expense.
