- The ConnectModule is the mandatory technical requirement for the eBike Alarm
- Invisibly installed on the eBike
- Radio and GNSS module, separate battery and motion sensors
- Following installation, eBike Alarm, the premium service from Flow+, can be enabled and used via the eBike Flow app

Only the bike manufacturer will be able to advise if this will fit your bike as there are 4 different small plastic mounts available. Please check before making a purchase. Refunds / exchanges will not be given (unless faulty) on these items as once connected they effect future Bosch subscriptions.

Delivery Charges
Standard 48hr tracked shipping to customers in the UK is always FREE!
Faster shipping and other delivery options are available to our customers at checkout so you can get your item how and when you want it.
International orders are subject to a standard delivery charge depending on the value of the item purchased.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are either sent via DPD, Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or 48hr Tracked, Special Delivery or Click and Collect. The choice is yours but please allow 24hrs for order processing. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 13:50pm Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
All orders are collected by our couriers within 24hrs of ordering Monday to Saturday. We will ship your order within 24hrs of receiving payment so our customers usually receive their orders within 1-3 days.
International Delivery
International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Airmail service which aims to deliver to Western Europe in three to five working days, Eastern Europe in five working days and seven days to the rest of the world, however, this is only a guide and items may take longer. International customers are also responsible for the import duties in their country.

Items are always shipped using a tracked service. This is to give our customers the best possible value for money. We will ship via whichever tracked/insured/recorded service is selected by you at checkout. We have now given you the customers much more choice.
